Look down on the list of messages posted until you see the Chicago Mainstream GF food list. You can print this out. I does list some deli foods that are safe, if you are able to find them. _________________ Fran |

| I know this isn't probably what you want to hear, but all I can tell you to do is - READ LABELS! Read them in detail and double check to always make sure they are ok and gluten free. There are a lot of things I have found in regular grocery stores that are gluten free...I buy oscar meyer deli thin sliced lunch meat (ham and turkey) and it's fine (it has corn starch in it). If you are looking for pepperoni to make a pizza, Hormel's pepperoni is gluten free! Well hope that helps! |
