Hello,
I am just getting started on a GF diet for my 6 year old (and possibly the whole familty), and I was wondering should I buy some airtight canisters to store some (or all) of the flours I bought to store them in the refridgerator or freezer? Also is their any other pantry item that should be stored that way. I was on the Bob's website and they said their products can be used for 4 months beyond the expiration date if stored that way.
Thank you for your time,
Katy |
