We use the Chebe all-purpose mix for pizza, sandwich rolls, breadsticks, crackers, calzone, whatever. I buy it in the bulk packages to save $ (I know, shocking).

I'm curious if it comes out wettish or sticky the way so many bread mixes do? I just can't do that texture.

I don't think it's at all wet. In fact I think it makes a nice ball of dough. However I don't add the cheese.

Nope it's not - it makes a nice dough ball. However, I tend not to specifically flow the measurements when making pizza. I go by the consistency. I also probably use more EVOO than the instructions tell you too. This will help with any goo factor.

I think I need to start this because I refuse to buy most things unless it's on sale, so bulk prices are the same thing, right? (ex. I haven't bought toilet paper in 6 months--sale on bulk items is GREAT). A ton of Chebe mix would be amazing because I think it's expensive.

I just ordered some Chebe mix to try out (all purpose and the cinnamon roll one). I saw that you can order it in bulk from amazon which if I like it will be great! I don't ever see it locally.

I love the pizza mix and my family does too (they are not GF). It is really easy to make and has a great flavor. I like to roll it out very thin, bake it until just beginning to brown very slightly at the edges, then put on the toppings. Delish!

I tried the cinnamon rolls and wasn't very successful with those, but it may have been how I mixed them.

I also like the rolls. I prefer the tapioca-based substitutes for GF stuff in general, because I like the chewy texture.
