Gluten Free Pantry Muffin & Scone Mix really works for me without any bad after effects. It makes great banana bread and if I bake it plain I can even make sandwiches with it! Very Happy

But it's so expensive! Shocked

Has anybody seen a copy-cat version I can make from scratch?
