Anyone tried this? Looks like I'll have to be on it for several months, but I am seeing conflicting information.

Is dairy or cheese ok?
Can I eat small amounts of brown rice?
What fruits and veggies are best, and what's off limits?

Would this be different than a YF diet? I have a friend that is GF and YF. Yes, the YF diet did sound a bit confusing.

You might check out the book - Feast without Yeast

I'm not sure if it's the same. Absolutely no eating yeasty/fermented foods, but also no eating foods that would encourage yeast to grow (starches, sugars, some fruits).

Yup, that looks like what I'm supposed to be doing! Thanks for the link. It's so restrictive I was hoping for a list of foods I could have, finally found one at http://mwilliamson.com/yeastdiet.htm

Today I'm buying my last pack of reeses pieces and then stocking up on chicken breasts and frozen veggies. At least I can still have yogurt and add in protein powder and stevia for breakfast.
