| A friend is no-wheat, no-dairy. Is there a substitution for sour cream that she can use for baking? |

| I think a brand called Tofutti makes a dairy-free sour cream. I haven't tried it, but it was recommended by a friend. I was told there are 2 different kinds, and one of them is great, and the other one is disgusting, but supposedly most health food stores will know which is which. |

She could also use yogurt made from either soy or make her own from whatever milk she uses. _________________

I've used the Tofutti sour cream - it's okay straight up and is great in baking where you can't really taste it. _________________ Cheers!
