What brand do you plan on getting? It might be helpful to contact the manufacturer directly. _________________ Ostrich :>--O==={

Whole Foods makes a corned beef that is really good. Actually, the best corned beef I ever had. However, I had it before going GF. You would have to check with them to see if it's safe. _________________ Steph |

This thread might also help, though it's a bit old. You're still better off contacting the manufacturer. _________________ Ostrich :>--O==={

My family always does a boiled dinner of smoked ham shoulder, potatoes, cabbage, carrots and turnip. I am making dinner this year and leaving off the turnip (BLECH!!!) I am also going to attempt making cinnamon raisin bread with the bread maker. Not brave enough yet to try GF Irish Soda bread. We're going to get Bard's Beer for me and Guinness for everyone else. Can't have an Irish meal without beer. _________________

We have cornd beef (hash ) every week, and every tin I've ever looked at is gf. Certainly we've never had any reactions (and my boys are pretty sensitive!) _________________ Kirsty
