Kraft will label all forms of gluten- so you don't have to worry about something hidden in questionable ingredients like natural flavors. If it is in there, it will be labeled (Barley) or whatever. _________________ Rachel |

The PB bars list barley malt as an ingredient.
The cinnamon raisin don't, but they did some awful things to my stomach. Might be all the soy protein and malitol, don't normally get much of either of those. I had gas so bad I scared the cat off, and I call her stinky most of the time.
OTOH, they'd be perfect if you really, really need to get back at your SO and want to almost kill them with a dutch oven. _________________ Lauren
