I am curious, I just got back my last blood tests which still shows I am getting gluten in my diet. Personally thought I was doing good. It is at least down from 224 to 40. I am just curious how many of you who are GF are getting now normal blood results. I am chewing myself out because I am really trying and once again feel like a failure. I know for a fact though I go days and days without anything that could have gluten. Is fixing my husband his regular food part of my problem. Is it in the air? When I make his biscuits I make my own. I only do this once every few months and freeze extra. He eats alot of what I eat but there are some things that just don't cut it plus the extra expense. I haven't yet found a good biscuit recipe and have tried more than I can count, from scratch to mixes. It is one of the few things that my gluten free flour just doesn't do well with. Sorry I am a little long winded.
