This is more of a method than a recipe. Top a Chebe pizza crust with your favorite GF barbecue sauce- ours is Annie's Maple Barbecue. Cover with shredded cheddar, and you can either have chunks of preboiled chicken, or scrambled hamburger, and onions. Bake as the Chebe package requires, and then enjoy! _________________ GF since May '07, positive blood-test results. |

| I too love barbecued pizza. For the meat I use pulled pork. Then I add some caramelized onions and monterrey jack cheese. A sprinkling of green onions finishes it off! |

| You can use the Kinnikinnick frozen pizza crust too. I usually put them in the oven for 10 minutes before putting the toppings on to get them really crispy, then spread BBQ sauce, grilled chicken and onions (no dairy for me so no cheese) and bake it for another 10. Yummy! |

Oooo, and I just happen to have some leftover chicken and BBQ sauce. I know what I'm making tonight!
Not to threadjack, but I finally got to try Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce (original flavor). It's pretty good! A bit sweeter than I anticipated, but still good. _________________ Ostrich :>--O==={
