As we know it is hard to find really good gluten free bread, let alone bread that we can give to people who are not gluten free and they can't tell the difference. Recently I tried Udi's gluten free breads and I have to say they are the most delicious breads ever!!! It is like eating real food again, the breads are like real sandwich bread, they doesn't crumble or weigh a ton, do need to be kept frozen but it is worth it. The consistency of these breads are unlike any other breads out there that I have found to date. The breads are not too sweet and do not have a lot of sugar or sweetened with fruit juice so it doesn't funny taste to it, and it does not require toasting, though you can! Have any of you tried this yet?

My daughter and I really like Udi's GF bread. What is really nice is that I can buy it at my local King Sooper's grocery store.

Called Udi's. They do ship bread (light and dark only) 2-day air via FedEx. It's $5.00 per loaf + shipping. Call-in orders only: 303-657-1600

Thanks for welcoming me I am excited to talk with you all about being gluten free and how to eat well good food is hard to come by and the worst can be the trial and error. Udi's not only has bread they also have muffins, and cinnamon rolls at King Soopers. Sorry I didn't say where to find them I am so excited about this bread and these products. They are by far so delicious and again some of the best food I have tried. Let me know what you think and other options you have found.
Thanks
