Our local Boston news did a piece on celiac the other night. It talked about how many people have the illness, how it can go undiagnosed, and how resturants and food companies are jumping on the gluten free band wagon. They interviewed my husband's celiac doctor! He's the head of celiac/gastro in Boston. It was a surprise to see him. Just thought I'd pass the info along - it might cheer some of you up to know its finally coming to the forefront.
