Study confirms increase in wheat gluten disorder

The findings contradict the prevailing belief that a sharp increase in diagnoses of wheat gluten intolerance has come about because of greater awareness and detection, and raises questions about whether dramatic changes in the American diet have played a role. |

Interesting...
I seem to remember this study [or one that that was done by the air force from the 50's] being referenced before...I'll have to dig for that.

I've had lots of discussions with friends wondering about this, if it's just the awareness factor or if there was something else going on.
