Rolled tacos with guacamole from the local hole-in-the-wall.

For whatever reason that I'm not about to question or argue with, even though they have flour tortillas for flautas and burritos I have never gotten sick from cross contamination.
Very Happy

Tonight we are having our first picking from the garden. Swiss chard, boiled red potatoes and steaks with gorgonzola butter. Strawberry-rhubarb cobbler with vanilla ice cream for dessert.

Grilled burgers for the 3rd night in a row accompanied by steamed veggies. I need to finish off the gf hamburger buns I got before they get moldy.

Can't you just freeze them to use later? BTW we had burgers tonight too... sadly, mine was bunless.

Good eats lately!

Sunday - Pasta with green beans, artichokes, chicken and a phenomenal vinaigrette

Monday - Ratatouille over creamy polenta (made it in the microwave) topped with chevre

Tonight - Caesar pasta salad, but I need to make a run to the store for mustard first...

Last night was spaghetti and meatballs, I had Aidel's meatballs, (chicken and turkey base) they make really good gluten free sausage products also.

The rest of the family had Farm Rich meatballs, I think they are probably gluten free but couldn't confirm it so didn't eat them. Has anyone had any luck with their products? Their web page is pretty generic.

Anyway tonight will be meatball subs if I get home in time to make french bread. Very Happy Very Happy

Baked chicken breasts (weather is not cooperating - they were going to be grilled), fresh green beans and ham, and corn on the cob. I love summer in WI! Smile
