I just talked to the nurse--the celiac panel came back negative.
I'll just stick with my Metamucil and figure out what's up with the symptoms that lead me down this path to begin with. Thanks for all your help and support. |

GJ, Thanks for stopping by to give us an update. Gluten could still be at the root of your problems. A negative celiac does not absolve gluten of all guilt. Do you know which tests were run? Often times docs will only run the tests that will indicate intestinal damage. There are 2 other tests [that have fallen out of favor because they are not as specific] that can tell you if you are reacting to gluten.
When you get sick and tired of being sick and tired - do an honest gluten-free trial for a couple weeks/months. You just might be surprised at the results.
Good luck in finding answers to your health issues! _________________ Al
