Hello! So I have posted in a couple of different places about having issues managing my celiac disease with contamination from outside sources such as shaking hands with other people, and such that have nothing to do with what I am putting in my body. But recently I have discovered after an elimination diet that my body is reacting to fats. GF butter, canola oil, olive oil, avacados, GF tomato sauce...ect.
My symptoms are nausea, bloating, gas that causes constipation. My stools are not hard - but the gas compacts them and then I can not go???
The symptoms seem to be similar to my celiac symptoms except with out the intense abdominal pain. I KNOW that I am not getting glutened. Got sick after avacadoes with fresh tomatoes and onions...nothing else, and also got sick after canola oli, popcorn seeds, and GF butter...??
Just curious if anyone else has the same issues???
Thanks! _________________ Diagnosed with Endometriosis 08/2005 by lapraoscopy.

I react to fats as well, but I think that's due to no gall bladder. Similar symptoms. _________________ Ostrich :>--O==={

I had a really hard time with fats of any kind pre-dx. After I went GF and my intestines were able to heal I was able to add fats back in.
A long while later and now I wish I couldn't eat them so easily! (pinches little fat roll) Heehee. _________________ Cheers!
