For the one cup of milk I substituted 1 cup of Kesar Mango Puree! with 2 TB of Better Than Milk (soy/tofu milk) mixed in. These really qualify as a sweet, esp with the extra seetness from mango, but technically the mix isn't a cake mix so here it is...

On a few I put some Chocolate chips on the top. I plunked one of those down in front of my non-food-adventurous son and walked away without saying anything. The Chips lured him as I thought they might and he liked it! of course, he pretty much just ate the top. Next time I'll make some with choco chips mixed in.

For me I'll mix in some coconut and nuts too. Maybe almonds or some macadamia pieces if I'm feeling really indulgent!
