This is a great video! Long but worth the watch:

It is 90 minutes long but well worth watching! Add fructose along with gluten to the list of toxins. Luckily, the fructose in fruit (NOT juice) seems to better tolerated by the liver. I wish this could be shown to every doctor in America along with tons of information about gluten sensitivity.

Laurie,
I watched the whole thing. Excellent!! I'm Fructose Intolerant so I really wanted to see what caused my problems. It certainly is evident in the video. I was especially interested to note that Gout and Hypertension are 2 of the results of Fructose. Since 40% of GI people are also FI, this was a great program.

Thanks. It was well worth the 90 minutes.
