These are finally in my local grocery store and I bought a bunch! they were on sale, I got the CC cookie mix for $1.99 and the cakes and brownie mix for $2.99.
My son likes the cookies a lot. They are a little crumbly but good - I like my cookies flat. If you want them more cake-like I would try refrigging the dough after mixing it up. I look forward to trying the cakes, at least for my son to try them. I like the GF cake mix that I posted elsewhere best so far, the one with mayo, I guess I like pound cake...

I have to say that I'm a big fan of the mini-cupcakes. I made the chocolate ones and made them literally bite-sized- but I got 53 out of the box! Now I have tons of little chocolate bites in my freezer.

Mine have to be big, but not so big that I can't eat 2 of them at a time. I don't count chocolate chips....... yet Wink

I almost forgot. I finally made the brownies last week, and they are definitely my favorite.

I'm eating one right now that I froze. I'm dipping it in cream cheese frosting too. Why I've always thought you needed frosting on brownies, I don't know, but I love it. I'm too lazy to actually frost them, so I've just been dipping the frozen ones (and probably eating way too much frosting in the process).

They are so good that I couldn't wait to take pictures before eating them. I couldn't even get myself to eat dinner before my brownie dessert tonight. I did manage to eat my salad first at least.

No sorting necessary with chocolate chip cookies. That would require eating too many. Very Happy

My brain doesn't. My stomach, however, will let me know if there's < 2 chocolate chips in any given cookie. There must be retribution for such blasphemy.

We went to Ocean Shores this week. Things are a little more expensive in resprt town, I guess. The BC mixes cost $5.73 each. Shocked Needless to say, we did not buy any.

I got mine last week and my husband really wanted to try the cookies. They were pretty good - I think I needed to cook them longer. They were awesome out of the oven, but crumbly after they cooled.

We had company this weekend, Mom and Dad's 50th Anniversary and I tried this recipe from the website: http://www.bettycrocker.com/recipes.aspx/gluten-free-cookie-brownie-bars

These were very simple and very good. I would do these again, I used to make blondie brownies from the nestle toll house bag for these dinners, but these were much better. I used smart balance, the baking type in place of the butter.

I made the cookies over the weekend, but wasn't impressed. Crying or Very sad I probably won't buy the mix again, especially as it hasn't gone on sale again even though the regular mixes have.
