Just got back from my Women's Motorcycle Conference in Keystone CO. It was great (except I didn't get to ride my bike. ) I flew out and rented a car. We had a condo, so we fixed our own meals. There was a natural grocer in Dillon with many GF foods. Even found GF bread at a bakery in Leadville. I was a little concerned about CC, but the owner assured me they took precautions. I had absolutely no problems. Even the resort accomodated me with a GF meal at our banquet.
Apart from gimping around with a cane and sometimes a wheelchair, it was great. Everyone was wonderful about honoring my GF needs except one young man in a grocery store in Golden, CO who sent me to the diabetic section when I asked about GF. Not a biggy!
So anyone wondering about the eating in the Rockys, it's doable. _________________ Judy |

I'm so glad you enjoyed your time in CO, Judy. It's fabulous that you were able to eat comfortably and confidently. _________________ Nance
