Hi all,
Thanks for the great responses on my other thread. Really appreciate it.
Now, how about plastics? Didn't see that covered in the PDF Al shared.
I have nice pyrex bowls with plastic lids that have been used to store plenty of glutened stuff. Are the lids "cleanable" to a gluten-safe standard?
What about tupperware/gladware type stuff? Do I need to replace those items as well?
Thanks again,

I didn't replace any of my items like that. I just cleaned them thoroughly. _________________ Steph |

I didn't replace any of the glass stuff either...but I have to say I was a little paranoid with plastic- so I did replace that. I'm not sure it is necessary though- but it came me piece of mind. _________________ Rachel |
