| I'm an avid sports enthusiast and find it difficult to locate bars or shake mixes that are gluten, soy and milk free. Are you aware of any products available without these three ingredients? Thank you so much! |

It tastes good, mixes easy, and is free of gluten, soy, and dairy (I can't have wheat, soy, or dairy either).

| The bars I use were already mentioned. For protein powder I use either Metagenics "Ultrameal" rice (vanilla) or Apex "Clearvite-SF " dietary supplement powder. I did a cleanse on the Clearvite. Whatever powder I use, I blend it up with frozen banana slices. Both these powders are meal replacements, that I use for breakfast. HTH. Lori |
