I am planning a trip to Quebec Canada for US Thanksgiving weekend
(I don't speak french) Sad the group I will be joining is primarily an eat, drink and be merry group - so I will have to find my way around the eat and beer aspect (oh, I am a vegetarian, too) -- I can handle my own at the condo, but restaurants will be a challenge. So does anyone know the words for "celiac" in Canadian French? Is celiac widely known in Canada - will I have more problems there than I do here?
