When we first started baking from existing gluten free recipes, we found the final product to be lacking in flavor and texture. The kids wouldn’t eat it. We started to formulate our own flour blends and add our special touches to the recipes. After months of testing and baking, we found several blends that worked for our desired products.

At Bird’s GF, we are constantly expanding our product lines to better and more fully serve those who require and desire the healthy, gluten free option.

These guys just opened a few months ago, so right now they're dedicated to selling their products via other stores. They're the source of the GF carbs at Blue Planet Natural Grill. All their foods are GF (and sometimes vegan). They make hamburger buns, dinner rolls, pizza crusts, and desert bars.

DH picked up 4 hamburger buns for $1. A little pricey, but I don't use them very often and they're sooooo good. The buckwheat makes them tender and moist. Besides, I'll happily pay a little extra if it keeps the company in business.
