I really LOVE Amy's stuff, and buy it often, but wish they had more that was both GF and dairy free. I wrote to them a couple of weeks ago asking why their GF stuff all seems to have dairy, since so many celiacs are also not able to consume dairy. With their answer, they sent brochures showing which foods are GF and dairy free, and three coupons for anything, free (except the family-sized entrees). I told a friend of mine who isn't celiac, but loves Amy's, and she, too, got three coupons in the mail a few days later. So, drop them a line, amake a comment, ask a questions . . . whatever . . . and enjoy their foods. (Oh, and in January, they're coming out with a new rice-crust pizza, with soy cheese and spinach! Mmmmm.)

OMG!!!! I love Amy's single offering of rice crust pizza but now will look forward to the spinach version. Between this and their Mac & Cheese, I have some great comfort food to eat that won't kill me! Thanks for posting this information, Professor! Very Happy
