Gluten Withdrawal

I am on day 3 of a gluten free diet after self-diagnosing through process of elimination. I am having a hard time w/ sinus pressure and it's really bad in the mornings. Anyone exp. this? I am unsure if it just a coincidence as the weather is very damp/cold here and I also might be fighting a bug, but from what I have read this can be a symptom of w/d.

Today is also espec. bad due to stomach problems. I am on a 30 day herbal/colon cleanse so it might just all be going hand in hand. Not sure ... I fell pretty darn awful, mostly my head/eyes.

Just wanted some support and to hear from others going through this...
