The Wall Street Journal (on-line)had an article in it yesterday about celiac and that companies are beginning to take notice of our dietary needs and are carrying more foods that are GF. It says that Celiac support groups have 95,000 members which is over double of what there was in 2003. It was quite interesting to read and I am so excited that more companies are taking notice to our needs. Very Happy

I agree! The more exposure we get, the better. I had heard that Gourmet Magazine put in a spread on gluten free cooking either this month or last month. Have you seen it?
