The CBS early show is doing a daily topic this week about food allergies. Monday was nut allergies, and today was dairy allergies. I have no idea if they're going to do anything with wheat/gluten, but I thought some people may be interested.
I thought the recipes today looked great, and could easily be converted to gf. The recipes can be found on their website.
They are also really focusing on cross-contamination, which I am very thankful for. One of my co-workers said they saw the segment yesterday, and now they understand why I'm so strict about what I touch/what my food touches. |

I doubt if anyone will see this in time, but I figured I'd post just in case. They are going to focus on the gf diet today. Apparently Dave Price's mom has celiac disease, and they're dedicating it to her.
The segment has been on between 8:40 and 8:50 eastern the last 2 days.
They should be posting recipes online too. |

Wish I could have seen it. Here are the recipes. The pizza crust and breadsticks look good to me. _________________ -Colleen
