Pei Wei in SLC

My daughter and a bunch of her friends piled into 2 cars and drove to Salt Lake City for a friend's wedding. While there, they ate at Pei Wei (if there is more than one, I have no idea which one - sorry) and she had no problems.

She was really happy about that!

WE love Pei Wei. I also have never had problems. Their Pei Wei spicy Chicken salad is to die for. The first time I tried it I thought it was sooo good I though they made a mistake and gave me a fried gluten version, so I asked them what they fried it in. They came back and said potato startch. My husband and daughter heve tried both the gf verions and non gf versions and can't tell a differance. They are highly recomended.
