OK, so since Al made a post to show what half of 50# of Jules' flour looks like, I decided to make a post to show what all of 100# of brown rice flour looks like. It's 20 gallon bags, and one 1/2 gallon container. The bags go into the chest freezer for longer term storage, and the jar goes into the fridge for daily use. Very Happy

Next week I pick up 50# of sorghum flour, so the chest freezer will be full to bursting! Very Happy

This will probably last 6 or 9 months. I buy it this way because it is so much cheaper ($56.35 for 50#) and I use it a lot. Most of the other flours I buy at the asian stores pretty inexpensively. Brown rice and Sorghum are really the only ones I buy in quantity like this.
