Hot off the presses...
I've got 25 copies of the December/January issue in my paws to hand out. Kinda like a GF Santa Claus
Thanks Living Without! I will put them to good use!
For you GF Flour hounds - 25 GF flours and how to use them...
Now I need to finish my trifold handout that I started a few months ago. So many projects, so little time. It would be nice to be independently wealthy... _________________ Al

Yup! They were sitting on the front step when I got home tonight.
It's perfect timing since the topic of our meeting next week is: GF Holidays. _________________ Al

I never use the front door...in and out through the garage. So, as soon as I read your post I ran to check and lo and behold there was a box waiting to be discovered. It was shockingly heavy!
A cursory glance makes me think the issue is interesting. Unfortunately I don't have time to look at it tonight. |

Yes they are heavy. Makes you wonder if they didn't deliver a black hole [a joke for you geek types out there].
Yes, it does look very interesting! _________________ Al

| Quote: | | There is no limit in principle to how much or how little mass a black hole can have. Any amount of mass at all can in principle be made to form a black hole if you compress it to a high enough density. We suspect that most of the black holes that are actually out there were produced in the deaths of massive stars, and so we expect those black holes to weigh about as much as a massive star. A typical mass for such a stellar black hole would be about 10 times the mass of the Sun, or about 10^{31} kilograms. (Here I'm using scientific notation: 10^{31} means a 1 with 31 zeroes after it, or 10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.) Astronomers also suspect that many galaxies harbor extremely massive black holes at their centers. These are thought to weigh about a million times as much as the Sun, or 10^{36} kilograms. |

I totally forgot about this! I just sent them an email.
Al - Our topic this month is GF holidays, too. We have a lot of newbies that are having their first GF holidays this season, and they need a lot of support. _________________ -Colleen

Gosh our new Mac computer has a black hole, its called Quickbooks for Mac. No matter how much we compress it, we have been told its just going to suck in info and spit out garbage.

Handed out the LW/O's today. Everyone seemed to be happy about it.
I've got two healthcare workers that will be taking them to their work places - along with the group's flier.
I need to get my copies distributed to the 5 medical clinics we have here in town. _________________ Al
