Neither of these even get in my ring (well, I don't eat grains so that's a given). I ate the rice wraps before I cut out rice - they were just OK. For my $, homemmade Chebe wraps trump all others. _________________ Nance

I haven't tried the Teff wraps and I wasn't really crazy about the FFL I had, the seemed really chewy and the calories where just too much for what they where, I'd rather have more rice and lettuce and make taco salad. _________________ CD by Biopsy 3/25/88 |

I don't care for the teff ones. The texture is good, but the flavor is off to me. I really like the FFL and Trader Joe's ones (I think they are made by the same company. They need to be nuked for 30 seconds or so sandwiched between 2 moist paper towels befire using them. Otherwise they crack. I also like them cold with hummus, althoug the texture is totally different than a tortilla that way. _________________ -Colleen

I vote teff wraps for flexibility. I also prefer the lighter one's as the flavor is a bit more mild. _________________ Cheers!

I prefer the teff wraps. I didn't have good luck with the FFL rice wraps. I couldn't find anything that worked to make the FFL wraps flexible enough to use easily. I will admit that the teff wraps have a bit of a funky smell, but I don't mind the flavor at all. _________________ Steph |

I'm still going back and forth. I currently have these two plus corn tortillas so I can change things up.
The first time I tried the Teff wraps, I did not like them. When Peg's SIL was doing her first WF trial, she picked some up thinking they were corn tortilla's She did not like them and ask if I wanted them. I took 'em and gave 'em another try.
Amazingly enough, the 2nd time around, I liked them. Yup, the taste is a bit different - certainly different than Brown Rice T's and corn T's.
I do like the texture and flexibility of the teff wraps over the Brown Rice T's. The Rice T's can be very chewy and almost plastic like.
Both benefit from being warmed up.
I haven't had a chance to compare nutritional values on them - another thing on my to do list _________________ Al
