What can I use in place of the bean flour? I have a nasty reaction to that... ick. I have: soy flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, arrowroot starch, white rice flour and domata flour blend. Can't use coconut or nut based products either.

I made the Living Without version of these tortillas that Mrs. P. posted on this thread, and followed May5's directions for cooking them. I was surprised by how easy they were to make. They came out fantastic!

I ate one hot out of the pan with a little butter on it, and had to keep myself from eating them all right then. For dinner we used them for breakfast burritos. I filled them with a mix of scrambled egg, sausage, chopped green olives and chopped green pepper. We topped them with x-sharp cheddar cheese and taco sauce. Yum!!
