I was out of Potato starch flour and decided to go ahead and use corn starch to make GF flour mix. It worked just the same in my baking.
I'm getting the hang of baking/cooking GF and it's nice when I can substitute. Wink

Glad to hear you're getting the hang of GF baking. I'm a glad my wife does the baking in our house!! Very Happy Cooking...now, that's a different story...we split those duties up.
