BTW--what is Hy-Vee?? Never heard of it, but it looks like it has some pretty interesting recipes!
(I am not in any way, shape, or form a cook, but this whole non-gluten thing has really forced me to expand my horizons!! )
I was looking at a fudge recipe, possibly for an Xmas recipe, and was curious...which readily available marshmallow creme is GF? Is Fluff (made by Kraft, I believe) gluten-free?
I know you are the GF guru, so I figured I'd ask.
