I bought a bag of Glutina Montina all purpose baking flour blend and I don't know what to do with it. I'm not used to cooking "by recipe" but by look and feel and texture and I don't know what GF flour is supposed to look and feel like. Are the measurements the same as regular flour when using it or do I need to adjust? If I need to adjust--how do I do that? (At $7.75 for a 24 oz bag--I can't afford any unedible mistakes. If you think I'm in a panic--you're absolutely correct! This CD is becoming quite an adventure! _________________ The opportunity to find happiness dances within every moment, beats within every heart, and grooves within every occurrence, situation, and event----Let's dance!.

I just bought a box, too, & was going to try out some of their recipes on the website www.amazinggrains.com/recipes. I'll post how any of them turn out!
