Plain pork chops are fine - don't buy any that have seasonings or marinades - just the plain version and you'll be fine. Ham is another story - not sure about ham steaks - you'd probably do better to use a ham you know to be gluten free and cut your own steaks from it. Here's the Hormel GF food list - with both pepperoni and ham.
