I HAVE USED KENS SALAD DRESSING FOR A WHILE BECAUSE IT IS LISTED ON THE CHICAGO MAINSTREAM LIST AS GLUTEN FREE. I JUST RECIEVED FROM ANOTHER FORUM UPDATES THAT THESE SALAD DRESSINGS NOW HAVE GLUTEN i THREW AWAY ALL MY BOTTLES OF KENS.. I KNOW NOT WHAT TO BELIVE ANY MORE. PLEASE HELP.

HI xaz,

It's hard...we always have to be on guard. Checking the ingredients and contacting the makers of the food for yourself - are always the best option. Ingredients can change - often w/o notice. These lists are not 100% perfect or 100% up to date. I think I warn about that where the link is located.

The Chicago List was updated in March 2005. It's starting to get a bit out of date.

You did the right thing by throwing it out. Have you emailed or called Ken's yourself? That's the ONLY sure way to stay safe.
