Does any one know for sure if Parkay butter spray is GF? I don't see gluten as an ingredint but I am still learning all the other names that it goes by.
Thanks

Hi Parker,
ConAgra is a GF friendly company. That means they won't hide gluten in "natural flavors", modfied food starch, etc.
Check the ingredients against those found here: Celiac.com's Safe & Forbidden Food Ingredient List. Once you know this list...you'll be able to tell if almost any product is GF. Or the very least, know enough to stay away from it until you call the mfg. _________________ Al
