Steamboat Grand Resort - Steamboat Springs

My family just returned from staying at the Steamboat Grand resort while skiing in Steamboat Springs. The head chef there,and the daily chefs, were wonderful about helping with gluten free dining for my son who has celiac disease. They put our names in the computer, and when we went to any of the restaurants to dine, they pulled our name up and sent the chef on duty out to help. They also made special foods and were wonderful about checking all ingredients and making substitutions when necessary. We will definitely stay there again, and enjoy stress free dining! :
