Does anybody know if gyros meat is GF? I know it's a combination of lamb and beef but nobody is saying if there are fillers or gluten included? I would REALLY love a Greek omelet--it's been so long. For those of you who are casein sensitive--Greek feta cheese is made from cows milk, however, Bulgarian feta is made from goats milk--at least that's what I've been told. _________________ The Love we withhold is the pain that we carry.

You could make your own gyros meat -- there's a recipe in the GF Gourmet cookbook. If you don't have the book and would ike me to post the recipe, let me know?
I get goats feta at my local healthfood store -- it's quite good!

Yes, and cake and cookies have flour, but we modify those . . .
We use GF recipes here - that includes the gyros. |
