Pacific foods Organic chicken, free range chicken and beef broths are now gluten free. I read a post a number of weeks ago that said pacific broths had barley in them. They say gluten free on the package. YAY!!
on a side note: Imagine chicken broth is AWESOME! I use it in everything from risotto to grits and a salad dressing. |

I am not sure if you have a Kroger in your area. I contacted the dietician with Kroger yesterday and discussed many of their products. She was very helpful and informed about their products.
She said their own brand of broth did not contain any form of gluten. I also purchased "Wheat-Free, Worry-Free" by Danna Korn and have begun reading a lot of VERY helpful information.
I have so much to learn! and through these type questions we're all learning. |
