I have had success with Tinkyada and BiAglut noodles. I know both brands sound a little funky, but even my Italian boyfriend ate them!!
I hope this helps. I understand--I am not a cook, so every little possible shortcut that I can find helps out tremendously!!!
Also, I recently found out that Perdue has a GF list. If you call them, they will send it out to you. I called them on Wednesday and got my list on Friday. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that some of the Perdue Chicken Shortcuts (the pre-cooked chicken strips) are GF!
Have a great day!

The Bi-Aglut is made in Italy! This is my #1 pasta fav. The spaghetti - is almost indistinguishable from wheat pasta. It' is expensive tho. This is corn & soy mix based pasta.
The Tinkyada is a very close 2nd. I eat more of this now, than the Bi-Aglut. This is a rice based pasta _________________ Al

Do you want noodles or pasta?
Noodles = Asian noodles, or egg noodles
Pasta = spaghetti and macaroni and such
FOr pasta, I'd say the same as the others have said. I haven't found any gogod egg noodles yet. I do get Asian noodles (for noodle soup) in my local Asian grocery store, but don't know the brand. I can check if that's what you want. I've even used those in place of angel-hair pasta when making spaghetti sauce and meatballs. I also have recipes for either, if you're interested in cooking them yourself? Let me know if you want me to post it.

HI Carey,
Lexi asked if you meant pasta...or you really meant noodle?
Some people will use the terms interchangably...but there really is a difference _________________ Al

That's kind of what I thought...but I too wondered the same as Lexi
The products we listed above work very well.
For lasagna...we use DeBoles Rice Lasagna Noodles. As a matter of fact, I'm eating a piece of left over lasgna right now!! The last piece!! I was going to take a picture of it an post it, but I am short on time.
There is a recipe right on the side of the box. _________________ Al
