I got a newer GF cookbook out of the library, and I have been really happy with it. It is called "Eating Gluten Free" by Shreve Stockton. She has a really good recipe for peanut butter cookies and I am baking the cinnamon rolls from the book right now. She does not use any rice flour, bean flour or dairy. She uses a lot of sorghum flour - a lot more than I have seen in other cookbooks. There are not a lot of recipes, maybe 100 or so, but I have liked all that I have tried.

I think I might have to buy this one, since the library will probably want their copy back eventually. Very Happy

Sorry - I mis-spoke about her not using dairy. She does not use any fluid milk (only soy and rice milk), but she does use butter. You could probably use a non-dairy equivalent, though.

Hope I did not confuse anybody.
