Is herbal Lipton tea not safe? Considering, one of the ingred. is malted barley! Shocked I'm thinking not.Rolling Eyes I love my morning tea, and must switch up, probably green tea. Any ideas?

Some of the Celestial Seasonings teas are GF--many are not, but you should be able to find a few safe ones in the ingredients list. I personally like the Elderberry tea bags and the Bilberry tea bags from the health food store. They just have the herbs, taste good and are supposed to be good for your immune system. Good luck. If that doesn't work for you, boiling water with a slice of lemon squeezed then dropped into it makes a nice morning drink.
