Thanks for sharing this... the good news for us, is that there's such a page so we don't have to wonder where and how he's getting corn.
The bad news is, did you look at th no-no list? I couldn't believe all of the ingredients that can contain corn.. OMGosh!!!!!
However, just from taking out the Xanthan gum and the citric acid... we have seen amazing results already!!
He's still getting corn. Time to take the print out and see what else in my kitchen he can't have anymore.

When we're done, we may be down to only having apples and banana's, but at least he'll be happy and healthy! Wink

Yes I have seen the no-no list. I thought dairy was bad!!! Smile

Hence the reason it's so hard. Where ever there is not gluten...there's corn..for the most part.

very very true! In fact, the dairy and gluten together aren't 1/2 as hard as the corn by it'self.
One thing I'm not sure of, is if the shampoo's that we have that contain corn are enough to bother him.. At this point, I'm thinking not... because he doesn't have a rash unless he consumes it.
His corn reaction is Horrible almost CRAZY on drugs behavior, can not sleep, and body rash.
With Gods amazing grace, we'll somehow get Matthew 100% GF/CF & corn free.. and pray pray pray that soy or rice don't pop up to be problematic at any point in the future. We'll be in the creek without a paddle! LOL Shocked

I am starting to wonder if I am developing a sensitivity to corn now. Since trying to be GF for about 1 1/2 years now, it seems that certain corn products are bothering me also. ex, I made some great GF corn bread, but my acid-reflux kicked in big time after eatng it, or if I eat ex barbra's corn flakes (they are GF) the same thing happened. Is it common for a corn allergy to kick in after being GF? which would suck, because you're right corn is everywhere, plus Oh, man I love my pop corn in the evenings on weekends, with the good ol video. Although it is weird, pop corn doesn't bother like the corn bread or corn flakes. Wow, life is a mystery. Thanks TJ

I was gluten free for over 3 years when my corn intolerances surfaced. Earlier that same year, soy became a problem too. This pass summer, tomatoes reared up their ugly head and now I dont touch them. I finally found Tinyada spaghetti and now--no tomato! Crying or Very sad

I am not totally intolerant of corn or soy--just must be very careful. It seems I can tolerate corn as a veggie, just no flours and with soy--soy lecithin and margarines that are a mixture of oils are ok. I am sure that eventually I will have to give it all up. Deb

WOW DEB, THAT BREAKS MY HEART ABOUT THE POP CORN- I CAN JUST SEE HIS EYES LOOKING UP AND SAYING " BUT IT'S NOT CORN - IT'S POP CORN" LETS GET "AL" ON THE JOB. Here's a link for cauliflower "popcorn". I never tried it, but remember seeing the recipe when I was on a low carb diet.
