Instead of recipes I'd like to give you a web site that could change this child's life. It's naet.com . I was lactos intolerant for 14 years and after about 6 treatments, I could have butter, cheese ect. It hasen't changed my Celiac much because the Dr. said it's genetic, but also said there are still thing's he can do to help. I also have reflux like manny of you and so cannot eat many other food also like chocolate, tomatoes ,oranges, alchol, cinnamon ect. It's very hard to eat with all thoes restriction. I know it helped me. and made me a lot happier. I hope this will help the little one

Thanks for all the ideas. I've been sending them on in emails to the mom. I do not know if the no dairy is because of lactose or casein.
