OK, the last few get togethers we have had I have made Rotel/Cheese/Hamburger dip w/ corn chips and then Artichoke dip with corn chips.
I need another "dip" type idea for this Sunday! I am cool with Corn Chips, but I need another idea for using them!
Any thoughts!
I also thought I would make rice krispy treats using Cocoa Pebbles/marshmellows/peanut butter chips!
Now what?

Hey all,
Also, I posted this link before, but I thought I'd post it again for those of you looking for Super Bowl recipes--it's from the Gluten-Free Pantry.
http://glutenfree.com/super-bowl-fiesta-recipes.htm
I haven't tried any of these, but they look pretty good, from what I can tell.
It should be an interesting game--have fun!!!

Also, I'm not sure if any of you subscribe to glutenfreeda.com, but that site also has Super Bowl recipe suggestions...

Awesome Artichoke Dip
*2 cans drained, unseasoned artichoke hearts
*1, 7 oz can diced or chopped green chilis
*1 c. grated parmesan cheese
*2/3 c. real mayonnaise
Mix together and put in any type of oven safe dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 mins until edges are golden brown. |

I think I will make Bobby Knight dip:
Ingredients
1 pkg. of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
˝ cup of milk
˝ cup of sour cream
1 pkg. of dry Ranch seasoning
˝ cup of mayonnaise
8 oz. of fancy shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
Soften the cream cheese and mix all together!
I plan to serve it w/ Crackers for those not GF and potato chips for me! OH and veggies too!
I think we will serve some deli stuff and cheese and possibly make meat balls!
OK, now I am hungry!

Thanks so much for the recipes. When I first discovered I had CD I felt more than a little bit sorry for myself. I thought I would never get to eat anything truly scrumptious (another Mary Popins reference ) again. I really think that there are so many options available today anyway, that I won't feel a bit deprived. |

It is too late for Super Bowl, but another gathering will come along.
I saw this on another board (unrelated to Celiac) this lady has Celiac and her little boys are GF too. She makes these dip mixes GF and safe for Celiacs. I did not try any though, so I am just sharing a link. http://www.dippychick.com/ _________________ Dairy free 7-2004
