1/3 c. corn meal
1/3 c. GF flour
1 t. paprika
1/2 t. black pepper
1/2 t. salt (opt.)
1/4 t. garlic powder
1/4 c. milk or water

For pan-fried fish, coat 1 lb fresh or frozen/thawed fish fillets in dry ingredients. Dip in milk or water; coat again with dry ingredients. Heat 2-3 T oil in large skillet over medium heat. Fry for 2-3 minutes per side or until fish flakes. Serves 4
