The acid reflux is very common. I, too, was given Prilosec. I took it for a month then quit. I think the GF diet had a big effect on the GERD. I haven't had any problem ...

My biopsy was negative, but I went GF anyway. I know it's the problem even if the tests don't show it. Let your body be your doctor!!
